As a full-service sign company, we can provide and install all types of signs including interior signs, way finding signs, exterior banners, monument signs, vehicle graphics, and more. We can assist clients with logo design, digital renderings, sign design, third-party installations and digital archives of signs installed.

Mike Benti  -  Production Chief & CEO

Mike has been a mainstay of Dynamic Display since 1986. Originally starting out in picture framing he has a real sense of the custom nature of every project that comes in the door, over the phone…or through the website.

Over the years, Mike has worked the business from the inside out — producing orders, handling customer accounts, running job site installations and managing the operation. Today, he works closely with the staff at Dynamic Display assuring that all the work going out the door meets and exceeds the client’s expectation.

Mike, a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute and former volunteer group leader, is a frequent attendee at trade association expositions within the region, sharing his knowledge and expertise. He also spearheads Dynamic Display’s ongoing e-mail client alerts furthering his commitment to educating clients on the latest technologies, products and techniques the industry has to offer.

Cathy DiMatteo  -  Account Manager

Cathy has been a dedicated employee of the Dynamic family of companies for 28 years; first as an employee of the parent company, Topps Reprographics and — since 2001 — with Dynamic Display itself. Over the last three decades, she has been involved in many different facets of the business from shipping and purchasing to operations and sales.

She is currently responsible for account management of Dynamic Display’s commercial sales department, assuring that client work is smoothly transitioned from time of order, all the way through design and production to fulfillment and installation.

Ms. DiMatteo’s varied business experience and extensive accounting background has proven to be an asset to Dynamic Display’s clients, as well as the company itself.

Joseph Grevelli  -  Creative Director

Originally joining Dynamic Display in 1996, Joe has been instrumental in the establishment and development of the creative department. Graduating from the School of Visual Arts in 1995 with a Bachelor degree in commercial art illustration, Joe brings a creative and fresh approach to clients looking to build a strong visual identity for their company. For national accounts with a brand identity all ready in place, Joe’s keen eye for detail assures that color palettes and type font library usage of corporate identity programs are strictly adhered to.

Joe works closely with sales and production to see that all requirements of a particular project are met to the highest level of professionalism. An accomplished freehand illustrator as well as digital designer, Joe is comfortable in both mediums and brings a unique sense of design to each project at Dynamic Display.

Brian Redfield  -  Brand Manager

As brand manager and lead designer, Brian brings fresh and contemporary design ideas to client projects. Brian works closely with clients in designing and producing high quality displays and exhibits, from the look and feel, to the color palette that will be used across all mediums including corporate identity, print, web and advertising.

An intensely driven, creative and strategic professional, Brian pioneered the Dynamic Wraps division seeking to assist clients in leveraging their brand identities to corporate fleets and company vehicles.  From designing the Dynamic Wraps website, to the design and installation of vehicle and wall wraps, Redfield oversees all branding growth by applying identity development tactics to achieve more predictable and sustainable results.

Originally from the Central New York, Brian graduated from Herkimer County Community College with an Associates degree in Broadcast Communications relocating to Long Island Brian ultimately received his Bachelor degree in design from Briarcliffe College.
